LMA4Z Light Mudsill Anchor
The LMAZ is a mudsill anchor that provides an economical replacement for 1/2" sill plate anchor bolts. The unique design provides installation flexibility, eliminating problems associated with wall framing alignment interfering with foundation anchors. The LMAZ has a ZMAX coating, a thicker galvanized finish that helps extend the service life of the connector.

- Suitable for stem wall or slab foundations
- One-piece design, so there are no nuts and washers to lose
- Legs may be installed into mudsill or stud with no load reduction

Installation
- Use all specified fasteners; see General Notes.
- Not for use where a horizontal cold joint exists between the slab and foundation wall or footing beneath, unless provisions are made to transfer the load.
- Install while concrete is still wet. Do not attach mudsill until concrete cures.
