Return Policy

All RGA# (return goods authorization) must be requested within 60 days of original purchase date.

Stock parts may be returned if request is made within 60 days of purchase. Written authorization is required prior to the return of product. ConnectorsOnly reserves the right to inspect parts prior to providing the written return authorization. Please submit RGA requests via email to (preferred). The buyer must provide the ConnectorsOnly order number. The request must include the SKUs and quantities to be returned.

If non-acceptable product is returned, ConnectorsOnly will notify you before destroying the product or returning it to you at your cost.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are responsible for returning product as well as any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the return. Please include and reference return goods authorization (RGA) number with the product you are returning. **RETURNING ORDERS MUST HAVE A RGA# AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE** All RGA's expire 10 days from the published date and will not be accepted there after.

Refunds / Return Service Fee:

If 100% resalable stock parts are authorized within 30 days of original purchase date, there will be NO RETURN SERVICE CHARGE. Products authorized after 30 days and before 60 days will incur a 25% return service charge.

The following will apply to returns that have a RGA, (Return Goods Authorization):

1. Your return credit will be processed within 10 days of the date your product is received back.

2. Credits that incur a 25% return service charge. (Why?) Answer - This covers credit card / PayPal processing fee, which is no longer credited on refunds, return product handling & inspection, administration paperwork processing and product repackaging.

3. No credit will be authorized for damaged goods.

4. No credit will be given for galvanized products with red or white rust.

5. No credit will be given for obsolete, special (x version modified connectors) or non-inventory items; or wood or steel shearwalls.

6. Any product that had to be special manufactured is NOT returnable, this is any product with a 2-3 day lead time or longer to ship or that is marked as contact us for availability.

7. Any order (returnable items) refused at delivery will incur a 25% return service charge and any return shipping charges.

Order Cancellations:

If your order is to far along in the shipping process we will be unable to cancel it. Please note, we pack & ship orders FAST!
