Returns
A RGA# (return goods authorization) must be requested within 60 days of original purchase date, must be issued by ConnectorsOnly and accompany the product back to the specified warehouse prior to any product being returned.
To request a Return RGA# please complete the "CONTACT US" form or by clicking the return link in your order confirmation or by calling customer service at (440) 255-8855 x10.
Stock items may be returned if the request is made within 60 days of purchase. ConnectorsOnly reserves the right to inspect parts prior to providing the written return authorization by photograph. The buyer must provide the ConnectorsOnly order number for approval. The request must also include the SKUs and quantities to be returned.
If non-acceptable product is returned, ConnectorsOnly will notify you before destroying the product or returning it to you at your cost.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Customers are responsible for returning product as well as any freight arrangements and/or costs associated with the return. Please include and reference return goods authorization (RGA) number with the product you are returning. **RETURNING ORDERS MUST HAVE A RGA# AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ONE** Returning product must be received within 14 days from the RGA published date and will not be accepted there after.
Non-Returnable Items
1. WSWH & SSW Strong Walls
2. CFS Ready Products
3. Any configurable (made to order) items.
4. Any special finish (made to order) items.
NOTE - You will receive an email notice if you order a non-returnable item. Once these items are in production OR are packed for shipment, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. No exceptions.
Refunds / Return Service Fee:
If 100% resalable stock parts are authorized within 30 days of original purchase date, there will be NO RETURN SERVICE CHARGE. Products authorized after 30 days and before 60 days will incur a 25% return service charge.
The following will apply to returns that have a RGA, (Return Goods Authorization):
1. Your return credit will be processed within 10 days of the date your product is received back.
2. 25% return service charge on any RGA issued after 30 days of purchase.
3. No credit will be authorized for damaged goods.
4. No credit will be given for galvanized products with red or white rust.
5. No credit will be given for obsolete, special (x version modified connectors) or non-inventory items.
6. Any product that had to be special manufactured is NOT returnable, this is any product with a 2-3 day lead time or longer to ship or that is marked as contact us for availability.
7. Any order (returnable items) refused at delivery will incur a 25% return service charge and any return shipping charges.
Order Cancellations:
If your order is to far along in the shipping process we will be unable to cancel it. Please note, we pack & ship orders FAST!
