WSWH-SBC18KT Strong-Wall High-Strength Wood Shearwall SBC Steel Beam Connector Kit
The Strong-Wall high-strength wood shearwall steel beam connector (WSWH-SBC) features preassembled high-strength threaded rod and a weldable plate for use on projects where the WSWH Strong-Wall will be anchored to a steel beam. The WSWH-SBC is preassembled as a singled unit, saving contractors installation time and cost. WSWH-SBC is easy to specify, with weld and location provided based on full-scale testing and calculations. The design of the steel beam and web stiffeners are the responsibility of the designer.
