SWH-RTCMU12 Strong-Wall High-Strength Shearwall Anchor Bolt Template (CMU)
The Strong-Wall high-strength shearwall anchor bolt template (SWH-RT) features a patented design that ensures the accurate placement of anchor bolts. This universal template works with both our Strong-Wall high-strength wood shearwall (WSWH) and high-strength steel shearwall (SSWH). The SWH-RT simplifies installation, reducing the likelihood of voids in the concrete. The template is reusable and designed to work with all common concrete foundation types used with SSWH and WSWH panels.

RTBL — brick-ledge model used for brick-ledge foundations
RTEL — extended-leg model used for installations where Strong-Wall shearwall is flush with the inside face of a nominal 2x6 sill plate
RTELPF — extended-leg model used for panel form installations where Strong-Wall shearwall is flush with the inside face of a nominal 2x6 sill plate when concrete is not poured to the top of the form; typically to set anchors into a stemwall or extend down to the footing
